  • product photos are illustrative and packaging/design may change,
  • taste notes are subjective,
  • stock availability may change without notice.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and arrange a replacement (with your approval) or a refund.

4) Orders and acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
An order is considered accepted once we begin processing it and agree delivery timing with you.

We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as:

  • technical or pricing errors,
  • suspected fraud,
  • stock unavailability.

If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded.

5) Prices and payments

  • Prices are shown on the website and may be updated at any time.
  • The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order.

If there is an obvious pricing mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you.

6) Delivery

Delivery is performed by StrikeOil’s distribution agent. After you place an order, you will receive an email notification, and our representative will contact you to agree on the delivery time.

Standard delivery: within 2–3 business days.
Same-day delivery: orders are accepted until 20:00; delivery is carried out in the evening 21:00–23:00.

Delivery timing may be adjusted due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., weather, road conditions, force majeure). Please ensure your address and phone number are correct—failed delivery due to incorrect details may require rescheduling.

7) Returns and exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted under these conditions:

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • The product packaging must be undamaged and intact.
  • Loose-leaf tea is not eligible for return or exchange.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us via our Contact page and include your order number (and photos if relevant).

8) Damaged items or wrong products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally on the day of delivery) and share photos so we can resolve it quickly (replacement or refund depending on the case).

9) Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes:

  • may have expiry dates and usage limits,
  • may not be combined unless stated otherwise,
  • may be cancelled if used fraudulently or incorrectly.

10) Intellectual property

All content on this website (logos, images, product descriptions, design elements) is owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without written consent.
